Christina Frate Bennett was born and raised in Upstate New York. She graduated from Clemson University in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She returned to New York for graduate school at Syracuse University College of Law, where she received her law degree in 1992. She was admitted to the New York Bar in 1993. She practiced law in Upstate New York until 2001 when she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia. She was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2001. Her practice has focused on adoption law since 2009. In 2011, she started her own practice, Christina F. Bennett, LLC, in Suwanee, Georgia. She is passionate about adoption and helping children without parents find forever families. Since 2009 she has actively supported Promise686, Inc. (named after Psalm 68:6), a nonprofit adoption and foster care support organization.

ABOUT US
After learning of the need for foster parents in the State of Georgia, she and her husband became certified foster parents. In 2013, they adopted a sibling group of two girls ages 7 & 8 who have happily turned their lives upside down.
